Refund Policy


At Flipping Brands, your satisfaction is our priority. We are more than happy to honour a refund if you’re not 100% happy with your purchase. Please follow the steps below to begin your return process. 

Returns

We accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • All original tags must be attached.
  • Item must be in its original packaging.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We’ll notify you via email that we’ve received your returned item.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
  • Refunds are usually issued within 3–5 business days, after confirmation.

Please note:
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges due to limited inventory. If you need a different size or item, please return the original item and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Worn, damaged, or altered clothing.
  • Items returned after the 14-day window.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@flippingbrands.co.uk with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. We’ll send you instructions on where to ship the item.
  3. Once received and approved, your refund will be processed.

Shipping Your Return

You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is safely received.
